Registered members, log in here. Check your balance, place bets, and make withdrawals — all in one place. SSL-secured login keeps your information completely safe.
Avoid logging in on café or bus WiFi. Mobile data or your home network is always the safer choice.
Jalevo will never ask for your password by phone or email. Anyone who does is attempting to scam you.
If you log in on someone else's phone, always log out when you're done. Do not enable the "Remember Me" option.
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile to set a new password. For further help, contact us at support@jalevo.click or via live chat.

Logging in to Jalevo is as simple as opening your bKash app. Just enter the mobile number or email you registered with, along with your password, and you're in. Whether you're on mobile data or WiFi, Jalevo's servers respond fast — no waiting around for pages to load.
A lot of people wonder why OTP login is even an option. The reason is simple — sometimes you forget your password, or if you've switched phones, your old login details might not be handy. In that case, just enter your mobile number, request an OTP, and the code will be sent straight to that number. Enter the code and you're in.
Jalevo takes security seriously. Every login attempt is logged. If a sign-in is detected from an unrecognised device or an unusual location, the system automatically sends an alert to your number — protecting your account from unauthorised access.
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Just click the "Forgot Password?" link and a reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You can set a new password in as little as 3 minutes — no documents or extra verification required.
Take a moment when creating your password. Using only numbers or your date of birth makes it weak. A password with at least 8 characters — mixing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and a number — keeps your account far more secure. Jalevo will never ask you to share your password. If anyone does, contact support immediately.
The Jalevo mobile app gives you the full experience — every feature available on the website, including betting, casino, and withdrawals, is right there in the app. It also supports biometric login (fingerprint/Face ID), making sign-in faster and more secure.
Click "Forgot Password?" → Enter your mobile number → Verify the OTP → Set a new password.
Try logging in with your email instead. If that doesn't work, contact support@jalevo.click with your NID details.
Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will lock your account for 30 minutes. Contact live chat for a quick unlock.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. You can also switch between mobile data and WiFi to see if that helps.
