Jalevo Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the Jalevo platform and any individual ("Member") who registers or uses Jalevo. By using the jalevo.click website and its associated mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Jalevo is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions are written in Bengali so every member can read and understand them with ease. If anything is unclear, Jalevo's customer support team is available to help.

The following conditions must be met to open an account at Jalevo:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, address, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Jalevo may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Jalevo reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly if there is reason to believe the member is violating or attempting to violate any of the terms.

Jalevo supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 2 minutes. If there's a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will be returned and may be subject to investigation.
• Jalevo does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Deposited funds may be withdrawn before they are used for wagering; however, any associated bonus may be forfeited.

The following rules apply to withdrawals from Jalevo:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. To withdraw via a different method, please contact support.
• Withdrawal processing takes up to 15 minutes for standard members and up to 3 minutes for VIP members.
• Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳1,00,000 or more.
• Withdrawable funds earned from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If a withdrawal request can be cancelled while it is still being processed, the funds will be returned to your balance.

Jalevo reserves the right to review withdrawal requests. If a request appears suspicious or there is evidence of a terms violation, processing may be suspended and an investigation initiated.

Jalevo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses, and each offer also carries its own specific terms listed alongside it:

• Welcome bonus: 150% on your first deposit, minimum deposit ৳500, 20x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Available on specific days each week; wagering requirements are listed on the individual promotion page.
• Cashback bonus: a set percentage of your weekly net losses — no wagering requirements.
• Free spins: usable on selected slots, typically valid for 7 days, with wagering requirements applied to winnings.
• Referral bonus: refer a friend and both of you benefit — see the promotions page for full terms.

Jalevo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, changes will not apply to bonuses already in an active wagering cycle.

There are a few general rules that apply to all betting at Jalevo. These rules cover all betting categories — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games.

• Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are clearly displayed alongside the game.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except via the live betting cash-out feature.
• Jalevo reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• If a Sports Betting match is abandoned mid-way, the affected bet will be settled in accordance with Jalevo's rules.
• Bets placed during an odds change in live betting are automatically accepted at the updated odds — check the system confirmation message.

If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, Jalevo may temporarily reduce a member's betting limits or suspend their account pending review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jalevo platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Running multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Wagering with minimal risk solely to extract a bonus (bonus hunting).
• Exploiting odds errors or technical glitches for unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to damage or compromise the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. For self-requested closures, any outstanding balance will be returned within 7 business days.

Jalevo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification, or providing false information.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion requested by the member.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

If a member believes their account was closed in error, they may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@jalevo.click.

Jalevo is a betting and gaming platform — an entertainment service. We are not liable for the following:

• Betting losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or unauthorized third-party access to their account.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Failure to achieve expected returns from betting.

Jalevo is committed to keeping its platform as secure and reliable as possible. If any technical issue causes a loss, it will be investigated and resolved to the best of our ability.

Jalevo may modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you have the option to close your account.
