In cricket, matches being called off or abandoned due to rain or other reasons is quite common. Jalevo follows clear rules for exactly these situations.
Fully abandoned match (no balls bowled):If a match never starts or no official result is declared, all bets are automatically voided and your full stake is returned to your account – usually within 24 hours.
Abandoned after partial play:When a D/L method is applied or the required overs are completed, an official result is issued – bets are then settled based on that result.
Unavailable during live betting:If a bet was placed mid-match and the match is later cancelled, settlement depends on when the bet was accepted. Under Jalevo's rules, if the match does not meet the criteria to be considered "settled", the bet will be refunded.
